Payment & Refund Policy
Payments
Embark sessions are £80 per hour [60 minutes]
You can choose to pay for one session or in blocks of six. Details about how to pay will be shared during your first session. Payment must be made at least 12 hours in advance of your session, via our online booking system.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of a session will incur a full fee charge.
Cancellations prior to 24 hours will not incur a charge, and we can rearrange a time that suits you.
Other Refund & Cancellation Policies
In the event that Embark cancels a session, the purchase value will be available to put towards a future booking. This does not include cancellations due to force majeure or Acts of God.
